Inactive = My Character Gone?

Been inactive for a few months due to exams and what else, maybe 2-3 months of inactivity, as soon as i tried to check in the ucp for my account, I find out that my Character is gone! HEL;P!

Write a support ticket. Some people have their accounts from 2010 and still work. I had a 1 year pause and still had the characters, so you should have too.
