I have posted an application for a character, but it's marked as "Temp Denied"

Hello, i've posted an application for a character a few hours ago. I checked it today and it said "Temp Denied" which i guess means "Temporarily Denied", so what exactly does this mean regarding my character?

I am the one who temporarily denied your application. I did so because of a few minor grammar mistakes, and a lack of effort in your character story. I left the option for you to re-apply immediately. So my advice to you is to work on your capitalization and sentence structure first off. Which if I am going to be honest isn't the worst. Secondly, you will need to put more effort than two sentences into your character story. If you could do those things I have no doubt you could pass the application process.
