submit an application
go to the UCP and create character

You first must make a character application on this website by signing up - https://redcountyrp.com/ - that's if you haven't already. Once made and posted wait until you get a reply back to it. If accepted then just log onto the server with the ip server.redcountyrp.com:7777 on SA:MP 0.3.DL and you should be good to go.
