Mike, you need PED Editor. I just don't know how to use it. Google it and probably you'll find some tutorials

Do you know how to download and use mods?

If yes then:

Dowload "txd workshop".

With this workshop you can export the txd image of the .txd.
Now you got the image of the model, so you can change the color of the clothes etc etc.
(If you need a programm to change the color -> "Paint Shop Pro" )

If you´re finish with the txd. file, then you have to import the txd. file again with the "txd workshop"

If you want to change the dff. file, then you can use "ZModeler2", with this programm you can change the dff. file of the model.

Txd = Retexturing the color for the cllothes, shoes etc.
Dff = Building the form of the model (fat, skinny etc).
