Where do I need to go or what do I need to do to change my skin?

Buy a skin at one of the stroes around like Locals Only or Dieder Sachs. When you buy it it will automatically change, but if you want to change use /changeclothes x
x being the clothes slot it is in.

As @dkbama39 stated, you can purchase clothes at Locals Only or Dieder Sachs. There are clothing stores all over and are in just about each town, Montgomery, Fort Carson etc. Make sure that you roleplay changing clothes before you actually do it because if you don't, that can get you in trouble! Dk explained how to change clothes.

You can change your skin at Dieder Sachs, type /buy and chose your favorite male or female skin

P.S. You must also RP it properly when you change your clothes. Deciding to not follow the said rule can lead to any OOC punishments.
