Helper keeps denying my application after passing quiz because I have old account that dont know password too

He keeps telling me to do a support ticket after denying me but then it says I have to fully pass the quiz and have a character to make a support ticket so im truly confused on what im actually suppose to do I passed the quiz but yet im still being denied. Because I used to have an account? I'm super confused please help. Thanks

You need to figure out the details to your old account instead of making a new account. Make a support ticket on the UCP to get assistance recovering or dealing with that account. Simple.

I talked to an old friend earl my old account still exists and I was gonna start playing but doesn’t even matter Now anyway I tried to install samp On a brand new 800 dollar laptop so I could play red county and it crashed my whole computer I have a blue screen of death and my laptop does nothing but restart thanks for trying to help yall
