I applied for a character and got temp denied, I would like to know what is a "temp denied" and why I was temp denied.
 
Hey there, welcome to RC-RP!

Temp denied means that even though your application got denied (I suppose the handler decided to deny it because it probably wasn't up to standards) you can still submit a new application. Please do that.
