Haven't played since 2013 can't remember my old account login details.

So like I said before I haven't played on the server since 2013, ended up making a new one out of frustration but I do remember my old forum name: xtrey and master account: xblueace. Is there anything that I or someone can do to help me get them back or must I continue on this new one?

I thought of that, can't remember the email unfortunately..this was when I was much younger so god knows what that email could be

Update: Remembered my old forum account details which I believe has the same e-mail as my old MA but when I request a password reset I don't get any e-mail is it bugged?
