Getting a business?

So I could not find a business that looks like a bakery or a coffee shop of some sort, so is there any way I can create a new business or get an admin to do it for me? I would like to create a more or less non-profit coffee shop where you can stop by and have a chat with your friends or whatever at any time while drinking one of the coffees we offer, which I want to be like a big variety to choose from and perhaps also have like donuts or something. Thats just so you can understand that I am worth it.
 
Pretty sure you will have to wait for such a business to be on sale, or to buy another business and attempt to convert it using a custom map (will not work on utility businesses like 24/7 and electronics etc, or businesses attached to their exterior such as pizza stacks and ammunation). Some people also rent out businesses from time to time.
Expect an investment of at least a few million.

Alright, thanks for clearing this out. Although it's pretty lame that I have to spend at least about two-three millions and then get only about 100k back in a year, in the best case. I know LS-RP has a system where you can apply for a business and if your application is really good you get one for free, just have to pay for the furnishing and you actually get profit out of the business. So that kinda sucks, cuz having a similar system for businesses like LSRP could and most likely would make the roleplay much more healthy and enjoyable.
 
You'll find plenty of topics around about how the current economy punishes business owners financially for providing RP. You cannot open a business for roleplay and make money out of it.
I'm not familiar with LSRP.
 
Looks like you want to change everything here in RC-RP but your hands for that are too short.
 
well sadly thats not how it works here. here u have to grind for a little bit or find ways to earn money in order to get the stuff u need. the worst part is, u dont get much from running bizzes other than losing more money by hiring staff and security.
 
Unfortunately, Red County, Bone County, Flint County and Whetstone County all combined are smaller than the whole Los Santos, so you can't implement a business left and right. It's been like this forever, where people have to grind a little to obtain a business. Just like in real life, You cannot just write an application and receive a business with one snap of fingers for free.
 
My intention with this was not to change anything but just ask if there is an ability to do it, but thanks for letting me know. Topic closed.
