Game freeze (till forever) upon Quitting

As the title says. My game for some reason freezes when I /q... I have to forcefully end it through task manager every time and I got bored honestly. I reinstalled and tried fresh but I still encounter the same issue. If there's a solution for this then I'd be more than pleased cuz I don't wanna do those boring steps every time.
 
I came with great news. So my game has been acting like this for a long while now and it really turns me off that every time I'm urged to force open my task manager and force end the game's process. I reinstalled the game a couple of times and nothing really was fixed. Then this morning I woke up and reinstalled the game, a full fresh install and played on vanilla without even having CLEO installed. Then I slowly started installing every mod 1 by 1 and join a game after every mod and see if the game still freezes upon /q so everything was fine till I came across this plugin that @TommyB has published. The rich discord presence plugin was forcing my game to freeze every time I try to quit it... Now that it is deleted from my game files and I'm currently reinstalling every mod back in again, I'm really satisfied lol and this topic could be locked. Please put a notice on that plugin's thread to notify that it could cause your game to freeze upon /q.
