Game crash

So as usual, i deleted the entire game and my samp and reinstalled it for nearly 5 times. Whenever i log-in to the server my game crashes. I have no mods and no CLEOS mods, I just have a clean copy of the game and samp. I'm just wondering how to fix this since its taking me days to think & search for a solution on YouTube.

I would be glad enough to receive any inputs or questions, thank you.
