Fishing with keybinds not allowed?

Hey well long story short, I got banned for 14 days for scripted fishing, I was using Hotkeys for SAMP and for commands such as /fish and I used rsclient autotalker (a autotalker for runescape) to press 1, then I would press 2 which was a bind for /fcrate store all. I got a call from a friend and was talking on the phone not paying attention to the screen (forgot to /afk and press f12 to stop the autotalker for rs) and it just spammed /fish the whole time and that's where I got banned for scripted fishing. Now my question is, is what I was doing actually allowed or not and is it scripted fishing? I thought we could use hotkeys and such, I had some time to think about it last couple of days and thought of asking this because I wasn't using any scripts like cleo mods I was using hotkeys + runescape autotalker and was actually there. Any reply would be welcome and appreciated.

You're allowed to use hotkeys and binds for certain things during roleplay, but not ones that automate fishing, especially the way you described.

So I must type /fish everytime or do t+upward arrow and enter? I cannot even bind it to a hotkey like 1?
