If I got denied mltiple times (2), the staff will ignore me? Or how many chances do I have?

Depends, 3-4 times usually. The staff will not ignore you. If deemed necessary you will be rejected permanently, requiring you to post a ban appeal.

I don't think the staff are going to ignore your application but rather give you chances to improve your application and put in more effort.
