Dots following each character on the ground (issue)

So I have installed LOTS of mods (skins, cars, factions, an ENB, all kinds) and I've noticed something wrong. Each player has a dot, like a shadow, following them around in the same position. No matter whether you spin around, move, climb or are not on the ground, there's a dot following you in the same position on the ground. Any idea what mod could be causing this, or what could be causing this? If no one knows I'll get to test them all out, but if someone has any idea then it would be way easier than deactivating every single one of them.

So far I've deactivated the skin mods but that didn't fix it.

Yeah, I noticed that too, alongside the character shadow, there's a dot. It doesn't really bother me, it's just sa-mp.

its because of the effects mod or textures mod you installed, i also installed an effects mod and it made the player shadow smaller, turning it into a dot

put the original effects file back
