Donating Vehicle Help

So I donated way back, the old days when you just donated once and you get all the perks and I still have the old donator vehicle. That donator vehicle can't be changed no-more or at least I don't know how to and I was wondering if I buy that $30 donator vehicle would I be able to change the vehicle? And how many times?

If you purchase a donator vehicle at the moment, you can change it however, it will have an eight-hour cooldown to each time you can change it.

You can change your legacy donator vehicle if you have an active premium on your account. New donator vehicles that cost 30$ don't require an active premium to be changed, and they both have a timer.
