Didn't get donator rank on forum and name change

My friend gifted me donator and I didn't get my rank on the forum, level 3 donator.

Also, can I get my name changed to "Cyclone"? I made this account back then because I wanted to view the forum and mods, something like that. It was random

Your best bet is to create a support ticket on the website and request the donator usergroup and a forum namechange.

Yes you need to make a support ticket or poke an admin on discord/forums.

I seriously wouldn't recommend tagging admins on discord about it. As Matt said, a support ticket would your best bet.

It seems like your forum name is now called Cyclone so I am going to assume your issue has been solved, locked and archived.
