CV bugged

the situation is this:
I'm unable to make my own cv 'cause it's bugged.
I login my account (Olympus), then I click ''My Characters'' and when I click ''take the quiz'' it brings me back at the last application from 2 years ago!

can someone delete my account so I can create another one without bugs? tnx

I have the same problem, my last quiz was temp. denied a half year ago and I'm still not able to do a new one.
