Character application

My old character story was denied and I made a new one that took me around 20 minutes to make.I posted it at when I clicked at see my application the old one shows up.Is it a bug or the new application isnt posted?I cant even re-write it because it doesnt show me the option to do it.Looking forward hearing from you.
