Cant see cars from a discance

Hello there. The thing is that I can't really see what kind of car is from a distance and if he's a bit far away, he disappears from my screen and I can't even see where did he go. Before, on my old pc, I was able to see objects and cars from a big distance with a good quality. Maybe this might be any kind of Cleo file that improves it or I don't really know. I'm trying to get some help. Thanks.
