Can't open the game

Hello there,i am new in RC-RP so need some help with that,whenever i try to open the game its show this (SS given below)


Why this happens and how to fix it?

Could be multiable reasons for this accuring.

*Make sure you are running the correct sa-mp client to join the server.
*Check your internet connection
*Check that none of your own mods would be effecting you as this server is using custom skin mods and others.
*Try joining this IP: server.redcountyrp.com:7777 and not the default one.

I am using 3.DL-R1 samp client and think its right one.
But still can't open the game.
Whenever i tries to log in game it shows connection lost as my internet is working good.

Bro i am gonna use Mick_Darkforst as my game name as i enter this it shown the master account is not exsist,as i am new in this community that's why don't know more about this and i event don't what is master account can you pls explain?

When you log into redcountyrp.com. What username do you put in? Also, when I’m home I’ll make a few screenshots to show you where to put your master account name and how to log in successfuly.
