Can't log in

Every time I try to log in with my master account (Vedder) game loads up normally then I get the message:
"Welcome back to the server(random name but not my own)..." then it prompts me to enter a password for that same random name.
Each time I try it again it writes a different name. They're not actually random names but the names of players that are I believe currently on the server.

Update:
I managed to get in on my own account but something is bugged, so I'll leave this here in case you guys want to look into it.
