Can't download SAMP?

So.. I reinstalled GTA SA because I was getting bad FPS due to a whole load of mods. So once I reinstalled it, my SAMP was removed and I installed a few mods that I need and aren't useless. Then I go onto the link that is on somewhere in a RCRP Topic to download SAMP 0.3.7 RC3 but then I can't download because apparently the file is dangerous, and I can't set the settings to make me allow to download it. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out the problem.

Nevermind, I noticed that 0.3.DL-R1 works.
