Can't delete any characters?

Every time I try to delete it it just says Access Denied:
I get an email saying

Dear Alro,
This is a message to let you know that someone has tried to delete one of your accounts.

Don't worry however, the attempt has been stopped by our security system. It is of the upmost importance that you immediately log in to our UCP to change your password.

I made a support ticket but no one is answering anymore. They said it's cause I registered with a different IP..

This is because when you joined the server you joined from your IP, however, the server's having some issues and I had the same problem in which it changes your IP to a random one, I had mine changed to one in America, therefore the access is denied, if you make a support ticket and specify which characters you'd like deleted, Smally and Management can handle it!

Unfortunately you have to be patient due to the high volume of requests admins and management get each day.
