Can't create account due to IP address

Hello everyone!

I'd like to join RCRP. However it says I already registered an account which is months or even years ago, I don't remember the account information and I don't think I even created a character. Can an admin clear up my IP address and delete my account connected to my IP address so I can make a new account?

Thanks, I managed to login and see the e-mail address I used to register. I can take the tests and create a character now.
