Then you've got to submit an application, registering and submitting one is different. Once your submitted application has been accepted by a staff member then you'll be able to make one.

Right then, then you need to make a character, head back over to the website, and do the quiz, then type what you need to type for character development and the about you part.

When you have done that, you need to then connect with your master account's name.
