Can’t verify discord

I made a ticket a while ago and TommyB said he reset for me but everytime I go to the dashboard after I ask Rudy “verify Puggo” I see nothing but the usual account info

Please log in to the website, then copy the discord verification code, then write send verify Puggo then write the code in the chat with the Rudy bot.
