Are there any authorized mods for blinkers?

Are there any mods for usage of blinkers that are allowed on RCRP? I've tried ELS but with the server's lights on/off feature it doesn't function unless i trigger my vehicle's lights to be on. I've looked around forums and haven't found a similar thread so here i am.
 
Straight from the rules:
"The ELM mod may be used by regular players for the use of signals and hazard lights only."
 
What Matt said. I'd also like to point out the existence of the /hazards command, which does the hazards, without the mod.
