The application was denied because I already have one "master account" when I went to click the link for recovery it takes me to this

You were found to have more than one master account registered. You are limited to only one, so ideally you would recover your original account. If you remember the email you used to create your original account you can recover your password here: https://redcountyrp.com/password/reset

If not, please make a support ticket on the website using your most recent (second) MA and ask for help to recover your original account. :)
 
I am using the only email associated with this account, I don't believe I have ever made another account.
