We're unsure on the password, we tried to do a recovery but email says " not on the system".. We're confused on what actions we need to take in order to recover the account.. Thanks..

Alot of staff will remember who I am, I'm an old player.. Been that long we've managed to recover all mine, just not hers.

I recommend you to post a detailed Support Ticket from your Master Account here writting about your problem, eventually giving informations like the e-mail you think you used when the MA was created.
