Accessories - How do I create a Leg Brace for my character?

The first week I joined RCRP I saw a female RP'ing having her leg broken and she had a leg brace on her leg and IDK how did she get it and now as a year passed by, I really wish to know how could I make a leg brace since I just RP'ed a car accident.

I don't have a specific solution but look at some object and think about which one suits it the best.
