500 | Server Error - please help

It's been a couple of years since I last played on this server. I really want to get back because I had a lot of awesome moments and they became gorgeous memories. I just managed to get my old password and nickname back and I tried to join the server. It seems like I am banned but I don't know what for and when. When i try to go to my dashboard so I could see my character and everything it says: 500 | Server Error. It would mean a lot if someone could give me some explanations.

This can happen when you're banned. I would make a ban appeal if you're banned.
