Low FPS

I got the notification that Win7 got its arse penetrated so I thought I'd update to Windows 10. After updating, GTA SA became unplayable, I was used to ~50 FPS every time I played, now I play on 15 FPS and it sucks so much I don't even feel like playing anymore. I haven't tried other games yet, however I've played GTA SA on Win10 before with no FPS issues. I use the 60 FPS limiter mod, I've got frame limiter disabled and all that. The game's playable on 800x600 and below but that's not what I'm looking for. And please don't hit me with the "it's ur PC's fault".

My game is broken too it used to be so smooth on windoes 7 and now it feels like shit even tho i get around 200fps gta v pubg run like butter samp doesn't ps windows 10 doesn't like samp

Uhhh my csgo fps had lowered a bit too I mean I was probs at 20 avg and it went to 15 but my samp is a whole other story. Thanks for the help I'll try n come back to u @BrianW
